1. ORDER AND TRANSPORTATION

Order acknowledgment :
On the day of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of the coins or notes which are reserved for you and giving the details of your order and the total value.

Exportation :
The prices in euros include all taxes in France. The purchasers located outside the EEC are responsible to declare goods and pay taxes in the country of reception. For the EEC countries, the despatch is made free of charge for the purchaser, postage costs are paid by the seller.

Despatch of the goods ordered :
Parcels with a value below 1000 Euros are mailed registered. For values above 1000 Euros, despatch is made via special messengers.

2. PAYMENT

We only accept payment by checks, postal mandates, despatch of cash and bank transfers.

Reserves :
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but we will apply the prices specified at ordering time.

Foreign checks :
Banking and exchange costs for checks in currencies other than Euros will be added to the invoice. Please add 30 Euros for exchange costs and 6 Euros for postage.

3. DELIVERY

Delivery time :
Nos produits sont livrés à l'adresse indiquée dans le bon de commande dès reception de votre règlement. Le retard éventuel de livraison ne peut justifier ni le refus de l'acheteur ni l'annulation de la presente commande.

Proof of reception :
Our goods are delivered to the address indicated on the order as soon as settlement has been received. Possible delays do not allow purchaser neither to refuse goods nor to cancel order.

Responsibility and return of parcels :
We are proposing an unconditional guarantee concerning the authenticity of the products and of the value estimated. If proof is given than the parcel and the products have been damaged or that parcel never arrived, only the transporter (the Mail or another company) is responsible and will reimburse buyer. However, if buyer is not satisfied, he has 7 days to return the parcel, at his costs, and we will reimburse him totally.

4. LAW AND DISPUTES

Applicable Law :
In such cases, only French Law is to be considered. Neither the nationality of the buyer, nor the country of delivery, the currency used for payment and the language used for the order or the goods description will make exception to this rule.

Disputes :
All complaints concerning interpretation or execution of the order will be examined with utmost care and a proposal to settle the dispute amiably will be made immediately. In case this fails, dispute will be definitely settled by the competent tribunals in Avignon.
